Kitchen Extension and Bedroom Above

Platt’s Construction did a great job with our double extension. Mark Platt was true to his word with timescales, kept us informed about what was happening through each stage. Always available to have a chat at anytime, reassured us when we had build over sewer issues or any other concerns. The build was fantastic and to a high standard. At the start I was very nervous about what was going to happen with a big project like this, you hear so many bad stories but Mark has proved me wrong. Extremely professional very knowledgeable and above all a man you can trust. I would recommend Platt’s construction with no hesitation and have spoke very positively to people on the estate. Removal of Load Bearing Wall, Install Beam 

Mark is an excellent contractor and person. He was spot on and made suggestions where appropriate, and the pricing was fair and reasonable. The quality of the work is great and we are entirely happy and satisfied with the work done. We ended up using Mark for other jobs and would highly recommend him and his business partners. We are so happy to be in our new home!
